- Returns are accepted only for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.
- The issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
- The item should be untouched and in its original packaging.
2. Refund Policy
- Instant Replacement: If reported within 2 hours, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
- Refund: If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued via VeggieBro Wallet or your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- No Return for Personal Preference: We do not accept returns for minor variations in size, color, or shape of vegetables.
3. How to Request a Return?

- Our team will verify the issue and arrange for a resolution.
4. Special Cases
- Bulk Orders: Returns for bulk vegetable purchases (restaurants/hotels) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed as store credit or bank transfer.
